How do I even start to express my appreciation for the phenomenal realtor, Gene?! This was a Florida home purchase from all the way in Oklahoma. Site unseen until we had the walkthrough. Gene ensured I was protected and that I got the best value for my "buck". He was a step ahead of the sellers agent, predicting their moves and firm in his phenomenal negotiating skills. But that is just the tip of the iceberg. Gene's experience, industry knowledge and desire to always do the best by my needs, made this the easiest and least stressful purchase ever and I was not even in Florida! Thank you Gene...I honestly don't know how anyone would not want you in their corner for not only their purchase, but also the sale.
