Very professional and helpful. Had a bad a experience with a past realtor and didn’t much have high regards for other realtors. Gene changed my mind about that and showed me what I feel like is the best services they have to offer.

You know, I never thought I would credit a realtor because of every experience we have had in the past. I am admittedly one of the hardest people to work with as I have high anxiety and text, and call often and Gene knew this and was still willing to help us find our home. He was patient and didn't push us into anything or even try to make a home look good to us so he could make a sale. he was honest on if he thought it was a good idea for us. We looked at sever properties and found one with the property and and location that fits our needs. We are happy with the professionalism and knowledge that Gene brought to the table. We put in an offer on our home at the VERY end of October and were moved in on December 3rd, All while he sold our previous home. Gene priced our home just right, and in the end selling it for well above asking. gene showed up on our first day in the home with house warming gift and EVEN OFFERED TO HELP US MOVE! he called us after a few weeks of being in the home to make sure that we were okay and happy in our new space. We are grateful and I will for the first time ever recommend him as a realtor to anyone looking for someone to help them. Thank you Gene! we are forever grateful!

Gene (Eugene) was excellent handling our needs. We had a very narrow time frame to look for houses. We flew in from out of state and spent two days with Gene seeing approximately 13 houses. He even did a live video walk through of one house that we weren’t able to see in person. We were outbid on one house, but the next house we made an offer on we got. Very happy with the service provided by Gene and highly recommend him!

We recently purchased a parcel of land through Gene. He was on the ball and helpful from the beginning when the parcel was discovered through the hiccups that come with purchasing a lot and through the closing process. His quick response I believe was instrumental in us getting the contract to begin with. We got a great deal on a parcel of land that we are very excited to begin the building process on. We will certainly use gene in the future for any of our real estate needs here in the Tri-cities.
