Evan is an excellent realtor to work with, especially as a first-time homebuyer. He was professional, patient, friendly, helpful, kept in contact with me, and explained every step of the way. If I had a question I could text or email and he'd be there to help. I cannot recommend Evan enough, and will have him in mind for the future for the next house.

I’m big on clear communication and follow up. Evan was A+ at both and that is rare these days. Whenever I had a question he got right to me, always positive and with solutions. I felt like I was his only client. When the first loan company couldn’t get the property I wanted zoned for financing, Evan dug deeper and found someone who could. He didn’t give up. Bottom line is he works hard on your behalf and is consistent. You can tell he enjoys his work. If you are looking for all of this in a realtor, give Evan a call. I’m glad I did.

Evan helped locate my sister into a condominium. He was super helpful and worked very hard to find a place that would meet her needs. What I liked best about Evan was that he listens carefully to your needs and requirements and doesn't waste time trying to fit you into something that is not going to work out. He works hard to find a place that will make you happy and is quick to point out things that may not work for you. He is very knowledgable about closing the deal and works hard to make the process as seamless as possible. He is an outstanding agent and I would highly recommend. Thank you, Evan for all you did for us. We could not be more delighted with the property you found for us!

Evan did a great job of listening to what was important to me in finding the right property. He knew exactly what I was looking for & met my goal of meeting all my needs & most of my wants while staying within budget. He did his due diligence & found me the perfect property that I hope to stay in for a very long time.
