Knowledgeable, resourceful, and most importantly he CARES ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS. A trusted realtor who will go to bat for YOU! He came with me to visit a property that was completely surrounded by a foot of un-plowed snow (in less than optimal foot wear mind you). Without a second thought and with a smile on his face, Fadi came in and helped me gain a good perspective with facts (even helped me see some interior damage I missed in my walk through). Absolutely wonderful experience.

I hadn't owned a home in 10 years and when the time finally came, I'm glad we found Fadi Zarka. We were looking for a house about the size of the one we were renting but had hoped for a little more room. Fadi was able to quickly find a collection of houses in our price range and meet our needs. He also had a nice personal network to help us through the purchasing process with options on additional home lenders for a better rate and inspectors we could use when it came time. Once it was finally time to close the sale, he walked us through the process and helped negotiate the price with the seller. While it took a bit longer to close than any of us were hoping for, he was super patient and kept in touch throughout. Were I ever to purchase another home or sell my own, my first call would be to Fadi.

When All seemed to be lost with the lender, Mr Zarka knowledge found an oversight on the lenders procedures. He contacted the lender got it corrected, allowing us to purchase the house we have today. Mr Zarka attention to detail is above 100% And that is why I will recommend him and only him!
