This was my first time selling a house and I couldn’t have hoped for a better realtor. Feather helped simplify the seemingly daunting process of selling a home and turned it into a overall positive experience. Her professionalism and knowledge were of the highest caliber which was complimented with her easygoing personality. My questions and concerns were always welcome. Working with Feather was Great! She helped us sell our very sentimental family beach house. She was so attentive and thoughtful in everything she did even down to the home listing description. Feather Ann Hryczyk is an excellent realtor. She is knowledgeable, dependable, and extremely resourceful. As first time home sellers, she helped us navigate the complex process of selling our Oregon home: she found us a roofer that was able to start and complete the job in under two weeks, she hired a mold abatement specialist, and found us a drywall contractor, all while we were out of state! Feather was fantastic to work with on the out-of-state purchase process. Her knowledge of the area (both Lincoln City and Newport) enabled us to focus our search. She made numerous trips to houses and toured us via video calls. Her personal knowledge of construction materials helped us make informed decisions.
