Felipe has been an amazing agent for us and we can’t thank him enough for his guidance and diligence through the overwhelming process that buying a house can be. He helped us find the right house for our need, budget, and timeframe. He is very knowledgeable of the local market, and the industry and got us to visit houses before most. As a result we were under contract less than a week after starting to work with him, and first time homebuyers 4 weeks later. We had been to lots of open houses before meeting him and could not be happier with the way things went with him. The escrow process was very smooth as Felipe got us to always be a step ahead so we could close on time. We worked with Sonny from American Pacific Mortgage as our lender, who recommended Felipe in the first place. Having both of them in our team was a real plus. They were both super responsive, evening and weekend included, thank you!

As first time home buyers, my husband and I were very selective with who we chose as our agent. Felipe was such a referral blessing!
