    Any time during the entire process ....from Frank researching on what to list my property at .....to helping me negotiate with multiple buyers....He was extremely knowledgeable and got the asking price that we both strived for!!!!

    Frank and his team did such an amazing job Selling my parents house (the house I grew up in). While it was sad to leave we are excited for our next adventure! The stager was great to work with and gave us lots of affordable ideas to make the home more appealing to potential buyers! Frank and his team provided excellent communication and worked with us on Showings and open houses. Tim V. has been assisting us in finding our next ‘dream home’ while we were waiting for the sale of ours and I can’t say enough great things! We’ve learned so much from him through this process as well as I think we taught him a few things about shopping for the right Equine property!! ;) Highly recommend Frank Ruma and The Foundation Group for all of your home buying and selling needs!!!

    We highly recommend Frank and his entire group of agents. Very reliable, professional, and easy to work with. Everything in our home buying and selling process with them went very smooth. We had extreme peace of mind the whole time. You can't go wrong working with Frank!

    We are very pleased to be working with Frank Ruma and his associates. Our home was for sale by a previous realtor that rarely showed our home. It has now been almost a month and our home has had four Open Houses and more families seeing our home than went through in the previous six months. Ours is unique, a contemporary log home, that isn’t for everyone We get that. BUT if it you love nature, trees and some privacy, we think the right owner has just not met our house! We do not know how well Frank negotiates....home still on the market.
