Harlan is amazing to work with. My family worked with Harlan for well over a year, actively looking for a home and placing offers. Harlan and his team are great to work with, answering questions, working quickly in todays markets, and communicating progress and expectations along the way. He is patient and we appreciated discussing options with him on many occasions during our search. Harlan has a depth of knowledge unlike many other realtors. In the current real estate environment we are in, without inspections typically, his feedback and experiences were so valuable and appreciated! Would highly recommend Harlan to any of our friends and family - and have already!

We have worked with Harlan for 24 years. He has assisted us buying 4 homes over the years and selling 5. In all those instances he was patient, thorough, communicative, organized, well prepared and mindful of our needs. He always offered appropriate and honest input. He accommodated our schedules and helped craft competitive offers. We enjoyed his dry sense of humor! Harlan represented me through the buying and selling of my property. I enjoyed working with him because of his quieter, attentive demeanor. Communication was good, very responsive by email or text. I felt I could ask him about almost any small little thing that came up in the selling process. Some things that I thought were really good that helped the sale of the home was the professional staging referral that Harlan made, his photographer did really good pictures, and Harlan put that listing up in a lot of different places. We ended up getting multiple offers and sold for substantially higher than our purchase price. Thank you Harlan for the work that you do!

Harlan was phenomenal in every way. From our first meeting to post closing, Harlan was informative, helpful, kind, patient, and respectful. He helped us manage our expectations with what we could afford, was willing to look all over Rochester for a house that fit our wants and needs, and helped us process through important details about the house, such as repair work, future issues, and what we would want to get out of it with our time in the home. My wife and I could not recommend Harlan enough! He’s straight to the point, which is something you really should want to hear from an agent, and he was always honest about our uncertainties. We would gladly choose Harlan again if we had to look for a new home!
