Hands down the best realtor we have ever worked with. After choosing a family friend as our realtor, our house sat on the market for 18 months. After letting them go, we found Gail Beskid and BRG Real Estate. We were originally drawn to Gail’s warmth, charisma, and wealth of industry knowledge, and our experience only grew from there. From day one, Gail was on top of everything. She coordinated all the appointments, greeted every handyman and plumber, and ensured everyone was doing everything they needed to. We also never had to hound Gail for any updates. She checked in with us weekly at least to keep up informed on any new developments. I am so happy (and not at all surprised) that Gail was able to get us an incredible offer in record time (like, seriously, none of us could believe it!!). I would recommend Gail to any and everyone without a second thought. If you need an incredible realtor who literally will get you the very best, this is your person!

Gail has helped me and my family with purchasing two homes in the hottest markets. She is fantastic to work with and the word “lazy” is not in her dictionary. She’s serious and gets the job done right away. not to mention how great she is! Nothing but positivity to say about Gail and BRG Realty. I would use her service 100 times over if I could! Gail was one of the best relator I have ever worked with. In fact my whole family uses her when we buy properties. She is very professional, always answers her phone, and accommodates to our busy schedule. She has lots of knowledge in real estate especially in the Tampa area. She also works with a great loan officer. She keeps a close relationship even after closing and helps us with any questions we have! Pretty much a whole package when looking to buy a home! Gail was my buyer’s agent when I purchased a house in Tampa recently. She was terrific. Gail was very knowledgeable about the Tampa area and was very responsive to my criteria. She was very helpful in navigating a purchase in this challenging market.

Working with Gail from BRG was such an amazing experience! She helped ease the tension from moving from New York to Florida. There were numerous times that we were not able to travel to Fl to visit the home in person, however, Gail made sure we were accommodated and went above and beyond to set up video calls and record many in depth videos about each property we may have had even the slightest interest in. She was always available to take our calls and answer any questions that came up through the process. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to research each home to be prepared for any and all questions we may have. Gail truly cares about all of her clients and her enthusiasm and kindness is demonstrated throughout the entire house buying process. We are so beyond happy and blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Gail in finding our forever home!
