I have worked with Gary on several properties in the Walworth county. He has been extremely professional and knowledgeable with the real estate, banking, lending. I feel like I'm working with a true professional and he was very responsive throughout the entire process. I have really enjoyed working with him and he's the only realtor I will recommend.

Gary was referred to me by a neighbor that had worked with Gary to sell her Condo. I will say that my expectations of Realtors are very HIGH (having been raised by a Realtor/involved in the real estate market at a very early age). From our first meeting Gary impressed me with his local knowledge of the area and current market conditions. He was (and is) very straight-forward and honest and he will not waste your time (or his own). It's never easy to predict what buyers and the market will do but I have to say that Gary's instincts and read were both spot on and this resulted in a very good all CASH offer for our condo which was closed within 30 days! It was a pleasure not only dealing with Gary directly but his entire team (Juan & the Keefe office). I would highly recommend working with Gary/team to anyone looking to buy/sell real estate within the southeastern WI area. Thank you Gary and Juan!

Where do i start.... Gary is one of the most knowledgeable, insightful, experienced Real Estate Professionals I have EVER met. At some point my wife and i walked into a house, and he told us, "I don't want you guys to buy this house, because its not up to your standards" "It looked good on paper, but seeing what i see now, certainly not".... Gary doesn't just sell houses, he makes sure that house is the RIGHT one for you and your family! He has a background in financials since he was knee high to a grasshopper, so hand to hand hes a well rounded individual! My wife and I were first time home buyers, talk about the most stressful experience of your life! Gary walked us through EVERYTHING! He even suggested a banker who I still till today stay in contact and text. My advice when you working with him... Tell him your likes, dislikes and expectation, he will show up 3-5 houses. Give your opinion after you see those houses, and then the next set of houses should be a breeze. Hes truly and honest man; straight forward and never blowing smoke. Before working with Gary, I had never met the guy. He came highly recommended from my brother, whom he sold a house to as well! Knowing what i know now... I would have never choose a different Real Estate Agent. If you're looking for a house, CALL HIM! You don't have to buy a house from he, just knowing him makes you feel awesome!

Gary was amazing! He and his team came in and the the deal done. There were multiple people looking at the house we wanted; he was quick, efficient, and new exactly what he was doing! I would recommend him 100 times over and would definitely use him as my future realtor!
