Gary Goldberg has an excellent Team at Coastal Properties. Gary miraculously sold our home with a broker caravan followed by one open house. The house sold for more than asking price. This was exactly what Gary said would happen. Gary Goldberg was kind, professional and knowledgeable. He outlined the process for our family and was patient with our timing. We followed his recommendations and found them to be spot on. His recommendations for consultant services were excellent. We have known Gary in two roles for our real estate needs: first for managing our rental property in Santa Barbara for nearly 18 years and then to market and sell the same property. In both roles he and his team has been outstanding. We decided to sell our condo during the 2020 virus crisis and were concerned how the sale would be handled. Gary excelled on several fronts. His advice turned out to be both correct and beneficial for us. He advised us how much to spend on remodelling before putting the property on the market and he oversaw the repairs, making sure everthing was being handled in a professional manner and at a fair price. He helped us navigate the added complexities inherent in buying and selling real estate during the covid crisis. Most importantly he acted as a buffer so that the entire process was stress-free for us. Every issue that arose during the sale was resolved by Gary without causing any stress to us.
