Hard to get in contact with. Late to closing. General disregard for anything other than the sale. Would not recommend. I have to write 150 characters for some reason. Zillow isn’t very good either. Just don’t use this person as your realtor

Geoff helped me every step of the. I hit a few bumps throughout the sale ( not due to Geoff) and he always remained positive and eased my mind that everything would workout. Something also important to me he always answered my phone calls .

I'm so glad I found Geoff! He was on task immediately and found the perfect home for me. I had been looking for over a year! His knowledge not only about the real estate market, but also about construction, solar energy, negotiating and so much more was a HUGE help for me! Geoff works for YOU not for himself. His responses were quick and his advice so helpful. He takes your bests interests into account and won't steer you wrong. I can't say enough good about him and have been telling all my family and friends. That's how impressed I was with him! Geoff's the man!

Geoff helped me and my wife purchase our first home in New London, CT after moving to the area in November 2020. He made the process simple throughout and after seeing several houses with him in September 2020. After my Sister saw a new sign <<House-for sale>> in her neighborhood, she immediately sent us the info. We quickly forward the info to Geoff. When my wife & I saw it, we knew it was the one after ample research and seeing it in person. Geoff is diligent and dedicated to his work from helping us put in the offer, lining up home inspection, closing process he kept constant communication with me via email, text and phone when needed. Keep in mind this is our first time buying a house and we have never dealt with realtors in the past he truly is the best and has a genuine passion for his work. He even gave us a gift New year Calendar along with a nice Congratulation card for us a few weeks after closing. Very thoughtful and generous thank you Geoff for everything. You are an awesome realtor and I know you shall do great things in your real estate career you put your heart and soul into your work each and every day. Geoff is an absolute pro and knows the area well. Multiple times during a 9+ month house hunt Geoff was able to use connections to help us find our future home. I'd highly recommend Geoff
