Geordan will be my agent for life. The housing market as a whole has been absolutely crazy in 2021, yet Geordan found me my house in less than a week and I got it for 30k under asking. Which is unheard of in this market. Not only that he negotiated furniture I wanted from the owner which I ended up getting for for free. He has went above and beyond. I woke up yesterday and on my porch was a new Ring doorbell and a personalized welcome mat with my last name on it. He has been the full package throughout the whole process. ?? ?? ?? ?? ??

Geordan was fantastic and has mastered all of the core skills it takes to be a successful agent. My past experiences with agents was not positive especially in the area of responsiveness. That was definitely not a weakness for him by any means. I would and will recommend him over and again!

Geordan is awesome. He knows how to close a deal in a tough market, and he’s quick to respond to any questions during the purchasing process. We were able to close in three weeks on the perfect house.

Geordan is by far the best realtor I've ever had and I've bought and sold a number of homes. I met Geordan at an open house when I was just looking, not ready to sell. He sent occasional newsletters and one day he called and I said I was ready. I wanted to sell my condo and purchase a house so we had our work cut out for us. He quickly got the ball rolling with putting my condo on the market. Geordan is assertive but not aggressive. He lets his clients determine the pace. He has a calmness which at times was great for my being stressed with selling and then buying. After lots of work on his part, I received an offer for my condo and he was there for me every step of the way with all the paperwork. During this time we were also searching for a home. After making an offer on a home and the owners deciding not to sell, I told Geordan I wanted a new home. He got on the phone calling a number of builders. After a few visits to spec homes, I found my forever home. I would recommend Geordan to anyone. He is wise beyond his years. He is patient, thorough, has great communication skills and above all he has an awesome personality. Thank you Geordan for making selling and buying a great experience.
