Rochelle is an excellent agent who goes the extra mile for her clients. She’s honest, professional and efficient, making sure the clients needs are addressed. She’s self-motivated and will help wherever it is needed. She very resourceful in finding ways to reach a large audience for your listing and she quick turn around time. Rochelle does not put your property on the market and wait for it to sell itself. She puts in the work to make it happen. I highly recommend her.

Gilbert and his team delivered professionally, with skill, experience and excellent communication and care with my family in selling our home. They set a solid house preparation plan, helped efficiently line up tradespeople to landscape, paint and do carpentry based on our interest in maximizing the value and attractiveness of our home for potential buyers. Gilbert is super nice, skilled and patient, while being assertive, realistic and strategic. Whole team is technologically savvy. Showed open houses for almost ten weekends straight, and good with closings and navigation of market dynamics. Can't recommend Gilbert enough, and our good friends had the same experience a couple years before so he is reliable on a long time scale.

Our experience with Bryson Patterson was amazing! We couldn't be happier with our home buying experience. His energy is amazing, he's down to earth super eazy to work with! He's extremely knowledgeable and made everything so eazy for us! Bryson was always available for us no matter the time or day always had answers for our questions and concerns. He worked with our schedule to go see homes. He did everything he could to make us feel comfortable and confident. Never pushy!
