Gina is very knowledgeable about the area and helped show me exactly what I was looking for in a home. She didn't show me homes that didn't meet my criteria. Once I found the house I wanted, she was helpful in securing the price I was willing to purchase it for as well as help the owners find a home.

Gina is great! She helped us get the best home for us despite low inventory and a bidding war. She always responded quickly and arranged to show us homes on short notice.

I can't be happier with my experience with Gina! I love my new home and neighborhood! I got it at a steal! She was tenacious in getting the price we wanted (I even felt bad for the other realtor). She was on top of everything and knows the business well!! I would recommend her HIGHLY!!
