Gina and her team were everything promised in helping us with purchasing our recent home and selling our previous one. On the buying side she was able to do some top notch negotiating on commissions. In Selling our previous house, her staging was top notch, literally staging an entire house, creating a vision of possibilities for the next homeowners. The Advice she offered on contracts and guidance helped make the process very smooth all the way through both closings. Gina is absolutely WONDERFUL! She has her stuff together. I knew I was in wonderful hands with Gina from day one. I was selling my recently late mother's home in Centennial. The whole process was new to me, and to make it even more fun it was in the process of going through Probate. She knew exactly what was needed for the process, our time line everything. She's up on all the legal documents and would have them to me right away to sign on the computer and return to her. She has an assistant, Mary who is also wonderful the two of them together are quite the team. Her staging the house was magnificent. Absolutely beautiful. She put her own personal time in to make everything look better than it was, she was right on with everything. I couldn't be happier than with Gina. She put the house up for sale on Sunday and allowed only scheduled tours, on Monday it was scheduled to open it for all interested to see. Gina crushed it. Finding a house in the Denver metro market was ridiculous. I would not have been able to beat out the competition without her there to read my mind and make moves on my behalf. I've recommended her to friends and associates and will conduct business with her in the future.
