I'm happy to say Gina is about as good as it gets when it comes to her knowledge of real estate. She's helped several friends both buy and sell houses and has consulted me as I've prepared to do the same (fingers crossed for 2021!) Her energy is what is really the game changer, though. It's hard to believe but I honestly think she is more energized about selling a house than the homeowner or buyer!

Gina was the most helpful agent I have ever worked with. Never have I ever truly felt like someone had my best interest in mind when purchasing a house. She was very thorough in explaining things to me and when it came time to tell someone what they didn't want to hear, she wasn't afraid to do so. This woman knows her stuff and I would recommend her to anyone. Stop looking for an agent.. You just found her.

Gina did everything possible to help us buy our new home. We lived over a 1,000 miles away. So we needed more help than the average buyer. Gina even showed homes they Skype calls. Set up inspections, helped with a local lender. The demanding nature of our move during a pandemic created some problems. Gina meet these problems and over came them for us.
