Kevin Silverstein is a five star realtor. He works extremely hard at making sure his clients are always informed every step of the way through the purchasing process. He has represented myself and multiple members of our family with real estate transactions. He always makes himself available to review things, answer questions, and provides extremely thorough assessments. Both my family, and our other family members trust him implicitly. He is an excellent negotiator and advocate for his clients. He takes the stress out of the buying and selling processes. He has a calm and pleasant demeanor and also adds comic relief when appropriate. He is passionate about his work and making his clients satisfied. He goes above and beyond to create the best buying and selling experiences. We highly recommend him to anyone for their real estate needs. He really is the best!!

Kevin did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our house. He helped us a lot even when we were falling behind. Kevin was super friendly, nice. He went above and beyond and negotiated a lot for us and make sure we would not loose this house. He was also very patient with us which we were surprised. We appreciate him a lot and we are grateful to have him as a real estate. I would recommend him to everyone, Kevin is the best real estate out there.

The search is over. You have found your realtor that will get you into your dream home! We have worked with many realtors, and never one that handled a cross country move, with a short fuse turnaround and Kevin took care of us with no issues. Working with Kevin really showed us how little others did for us and how above and beyond he goes. He is reliable, transparent, available, and always willing to take as much time to ensure his clients are aware, comfortable and educated on what they are getting into each phase of the home buying process, and beyond close of escrow! 10’s across the board! Kevin was great to work with: knowledgeable, proactive and helpful. He made sure at every step of the way, I knew what was coming next (which in California is a lot!). He was always available to answer questions, and he is someone I would recommend highly.
