Working with Gordon and Pina was the best decision I ever made. They went above and beyond to make sure my house closed on time. Gordon actually personally went to pick up the Seller's approved inspection documents. This was the difference in us closing on time. They are so knowledgeable and made buying my house a pleasant experience. I can't imagine using anyone else.

Pina and Gordon Campbell helped me as my Realtors while meeting them online while living in Virginia. This was the best Real Estate experience I've ever had while purchasing my home here in Naples, Fl. I had the pleasure of two awesome agents at one time! Once I moved down to Naples, Fl., Pina would show me properties at a drop of a hat and Gordon always had the answers with Florida real estate law. They both would answer all my contract questions while teaching me all about SWFL. They are a perfect team! Their knowledge, responsiveness and excellent business ethics is consistent when accomplishing transactions in this fast paced market. I am very grateful as we became wonderful friends. Pina and Gordon work as a husband wife team. They were recommended to us by a friend. We came down to Naples to find a purchase a house/condo/villa. But we were not familiar enough with the area or the housing market to make an informed decision. We had a short time period to hunt and find our place. They ascertained our wants along with our price range budget and worked tirelessly 8 full days in a row 8 hours a day until we found our place. They left no stone unturned and made sure we were satisfied. They are a hard working team. We were most pleased we went with them.

My husband and I were looking for a vacant lot on the water in Punta Gorda, FL to build a house on in the future. My Mom decided to purchase the lot inside her trust for us so it will pass to us on a stepped up basis when she passes. We reached out to Gordon for help as we had done business with him before when he sold my parents' home for us when they moved into assisted living. Gordon helped us research what vacant waterfront lots were available, and took us to drive to see the lots we were interested in and what else we could discover. We found the perfect lot for us and signed an offer contract the next day. As we began negotiations, and then the the due diligence process after our offer was accepted, Gordon was extremely helpful in reaching out to the seller's listing agent, Punta Gorda and Charlotte County government offices to get answers to our questions regarding taxes, lot mowing by the city until we build, utilities, flood zoning and building requirements including impact fees and setbacks. Gordon helped us coordinate with the real estate attorney we had used on the past transaction and the due diligence process and closing went through smoothly with no problems at all. Gordon is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond the call of duty to help his clients. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to contract his services in the future.
