I was looking to move to a downsized apartment for two months with no success. Grace Gomes was referred to me via a good friend. We spoke by phone, and I conveyed my "needs", my "wants", and my "budget". Grace immediately went to work emailing me available rentals that consistently included all criteria. She took the time to ask for my feedback when I didn't like specific properties she selected for me. After meeting Grace very quickly, it was easy to see that she genuinely loves her work in the real estate business. And her real estate expertise is second to none. Equally important, Grace loves providing excellent customer service to her clients (me). She has impressed me in ways that her competitors had not. She always responded to my inquiries. Grace consistently demonstrated a positive attitude during the process. She is kind, courteous, and energetic. In every phone call, text, or meeting, Grace was always attentive in successfully guiding me through every phase -- from the search, to the apartment selection, to the application processing, and to helping me close the deal with property management. I can’t say enough about Grace . She’s the kindest person and her knowledge is outstanding! She helped us through the whole process to buying our first house step by step . If you’re a first home buyer you’re gonna be in the best hands person/professional especially in this tough market !
