Greg was the perfect choice when it came time to sell our home. Greg gives 110% to his clients and is very honest in his information regarding the best approach to the process. He is responsive and timely in his communication. Greg worked diligently to show the property and he advertised it very well. Greg has done such an excellent job that we used him as our agent when purchasing our new home and also when purchasing a piece of undeveloped property in which we plan to build. When we are ready to buy or sell again, we will definitely use Greg Holland. Greg works hard for his customers!

Greg was very helpful. He sold our house very quickly. Greg was also very patient with all of our anxieties of selling our house . Looking back, I had many, many questions and Greg would take time to answer all of them. Also, so much of selling a home is communication between real estate agent and customer and Greg was excellent at keeping us informed every step of the way. Greg has assistend my Wife and I buy and sell two homes. Each time the experience was extremely good. Greg is a very professional and responsive agent. He always responds in short order if you have a question or concern. He is very good at keeping the client up to date on what is going on. Greg is a good negotiatior and did a great job at helping to sell our home in the middle of the housing crisis in 2010. I would strongly recommend Greg if you were buying and/or selling your home.
