Greg is an amazing person. He went above and beyond to help us find our desired home and stuck through the very tedious process of us getting financed when he didn’t have to and his support was unwavering at the time when we thought we could no longer go on. I am glad we found him and will be sure to recommend his services to all friends and family. My husband and I call him an encyclopedia of knowledge in real estate and everything else. Greg was great from beginning to end. He was very communicative and flexible. He’s a great conversationalist! I am/was a first time home buyer and Greg talked me through the processes, making everything so much easier. When we went to see houses, he provided me with information in regards to the neighborhoods I was visiting or the work the house may require (and it’s cost). The seller’s listing agent was MIA throughout the process but Greg stepped in and made the communication between us that much easier (he even had to do the seller’s attorney’s job- to an extent). I would definitely work with him in the future and I will be recommending him to friends, family, and coworkers.

We loved working with Greg! He was attentive to what we wanted in a house which can be difficult given my husband and I didn’t agree on much and he worked on finding homes that met all of our needs. He was quick, responsive and very helpful in answering questions or finding solutions. We are grateful for having met Greg, not only is he a great realtor but he is a genuinely nice person!

The house was priced just right and was sold in a week! He knew the area and neighboring towns well and made great recommendations. He takes into consideration the needs of the seller/buyer and understands the needs of the buyer. Personally, I commute to Manhattan for work and he was knowledgeable of the New Jersey transit system.
