Gwen is the BEST! She exceeded our every expectation. The knowledge she brings to the table is invaluable. Gwen and her team will treat you like family. She not only assisted us in selling our home, but she found us our dream home within a week of our house getting an offer. We were able to close on both homes the same exact day. Even after closing she has continued to assist us with anything we may need, to include a simple referral for a great lawn service. If you choose Gwen you WILL NOT be disappointed.

Gwen was referred to us by a friend. Gwen was everything they said and more. She sold our home very quick and was definitely plugged into the local community to help us find the right contractors to help us prepare the home for the market. We had a showing the day after it hit the market and it sold within a few weeks.

Gwen provided excellent market based information that allowed us to decide when to rent and when to sale. She provided valuable feedback on how to improve the curb appeal and presentation of the property. Her ability to read potential clients was critical to our decision making process in a very difficult market.
