    Hal and his team priced, staged and sold my home in less than 45 days. Great customer service, the price was above my expectation and his local knowledge of area and the other service providers made my move-out and sale process a breeze. I highly recommend HAl and his office! Five stars for the entire team.

    This is the second sale transaction that Hal and Team Sweasey has handled for me and it went off without a hitch. This last one required quite a bit of work as I'm an out of town owner for the rental property I was selling. Hal and team were diligent and fast in handling the paperwork end of things as well as preparing the property for sale with various contractors. In particular, his assistant Sharon was a model of efficiency and a true pleasure to work with. I couldn't have asked for a better selling experience. Thank you Hal.
