My wife and I cannot be anymore pleased by working with Hea Joo. She not only helped us sell our home, but also helped buy a new home all at the same time. We knew we had to sell our home before being able to purchase a new one and began our journey very hesitant. The moment we met Hea Joo she filled us with confidence and helped guide us to get our home listed to sell. Within two days of listing the house, Hea Joo was able to set up several viewings of our home (way too many than I could even count now) and we also had several offers on the table within 24 hours of listing, two of which were above list price. When it came to purchasing our new forever home, she helped us negotiate with the sellers for us to get the best deal possible. She never backed down and got us more than we even knew was possible. Even when we thought for sure we were going to lose the house of our dreams she persevered. We knew from the start that she always had our best interest in mind and truly represented us to the full extent. She always remained positive and is such a friendly and personable person to work with. We appreciated how she could joke and have fun with us, but could easily switch gears to get the job done in a professional manner. She was always available and quick to respond when we had even the smallest question and put our minds at ease when we had concerns. Not only did we find a great realtor who we feel more than comfortable referring to friends and family, but also have gained a friend as well. Hea Joo made a dream of ours that we thought was impossible come true and we cannot be more grateful.

My wife and I were first time home buyers, to say we felt overwhelmed at the beginning was an understatement. Then we found Hea Joo. She explained to us in detail the entire home buying process from searching to closing in a way we could understand. She gracefully guided us through the whole process and when the selling agent tried to stiff us on some of the home repairs that were promised just prior to our closing date she doubled down and got a full concession. She was always there for us and treated us with respect. At no time did we ever think she didn't have our best interest at heart. If you're looking for a home, Hea Joo is your realtor. There is no one better.

This was my first home. I had no idea where to start. Talking to my best friend and financial advisor about my plans to purchase a house they both gave me the same response, “call Hea Joo”. I say that to say, she was highly recommended. I am a very skeptical person but after our first conversation I told myself “this may be easier than I thought”. She is super knowledgeable, friendly, always available. She was constantly reminding me of things I needed to do and updates. At one point I thought I was her only client. She made this process super easy. I have had more trouble renting an apartment than I did purchasing my first home. And I give all the thanks to Hea Joo. This was an AMAZING experience I purchased a wonderful home, meet my forever agent and made a new friend. THANK YOU!
