John was honestly an angel! He not only took us to tour 25+ houses, he also made sure we were looking in good areas since we didn’t know it very well. He was always in communication and answering every question we had about the process, area, prices, etc. and always answering in a timely manner. He was also super patient when things got rocky with our transaction and helping us have an as smooth as possible process (it really was not an easy one) to cause the least amount of stress to this mom-to-be, which I very much appreciated. Not only that, him and his wife were super thoughtful and on our closing day they gave us a gift for our baby girl! Overall, we are very happy and grateful for John’s help in this process of buying our first home!

John did an awesome job at getting in contact with us, and working closely with us throughout the whole buying process. We were new to whole house buying experience, and he helped explain the in’s and out’s of what to expect through out all the steps along the way. We started out by just wanting to view one house, and ended up finding something even better through the new construction route, exceeding our expectations.

Heather went above and beyond. We had several set backs, none her fault, which caused a huge delay. She kept in touch and followed through the process. Absolutely happy with the outcome. Always professional, assisted with finding contractors and vendors. Once under contract everything was smooth to closing. Great job!

She help me with a flip house when we were ready to sell it and move onto the next one. She would pickup the phone even when i call her 30 times in a day she never ignored me and put me off it was like i was her only customer!! She was the BEST person I have ever worked with and will only work with her again!!

She help me with buying a rental house and was very helpful!!! I could not have asked for a better person here for this!! Heather clay worked with me to help me with finance people finding a renter etc. She did the works all the way!!!
