We were very happy with Heather in our home buying experience in 2019. She very clearly explained the purchase process in North Carolina, which we had not gone through before. When we were touring homes, she was very good about pointing out some potentially troubling things about some of the houses we were touring. She brought good energy to the home search, and would definitely work with her again.

Heather is a true professional who knows the Raleigh-Durham area extremely well We moved here from Virginia and Heather was able to take the info we gave her about what we wanted and the lifestyle we wanted, and translate that into the perfect search area. We found the house we wanted, and when the listing agent behaved unprofessionally, Heather dealt with him like a seasoned kindergarten teacher working with a petulant 5-year old. We got what we needed and what we wanted in a new home. She made a recommendation regarding our choice of lenders and saved us a ton of money. Everyone who was a part of the process with Redfin, and the professionals Heather worked with through the closing process, were fantastic. If we ever move again, we'll be calling Heather and the Redfin team. <3

Heather was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful during our home buying process! She always made herself available and we appreciate that! She let us tour the home multiple times because as a home buyer, you want to be 100% sure you love the home! Heather was always available via phone and text to answer any questions or concerns we had and she really went to bat for us when we decided to make an offer. We could not be happier with the purchase of our home.
