Heather was absolutely wonderful. She came highly recommended by friends of mine, and I am glad because she helped me to buy my first home. She is knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. She even helped me with the finding someone to help sell my mother's house in another state.

Heather did a great job for us as we learned the market and then narrowed our search to what would be a good fit for us. She was open to our schedule as we would come in from out of town to look at properties. And she was very responsive to text messages. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Heather to family or friends looking for a house in Bend!

This was essentially our first experience using a realtor to purchase a home. We found Heather thru a mutual friend. Heather is very friendly and knowledgable. We ask her to show us many homes which she did with enthusiasm and grace. She probably knew some of them were not a good fit for us, but did not hesitate with the showing, because as she said, you never know, and also it is educational to see as many homes as possible. Heather was invaluable in the purchase process, explaining everything well. Everything went so smoothly. We have one little teeny tiny criticism: she is very busy (which is good), and is sometimes not as responsive as we would have liked. But that could be first time buyer anxiety! She is great, and we consider her a friend. Highly recommend her!

Heather helped my husband and I sell and buy a home. Then when my husband unexpectedly passed away she used her expertise to sell our home. Was extremely helpful during this difficult time of transition. I highly recommend her!

Not great, I was a first time home buyer and Heather did not follow through on several of the promises she made. Communication with Heather was difficult and I was constantly contacting my mortgage lender instead of Heather to understanding the documents.
