A realtor for life Ivan is the realtor that helped us not only with our first home buying experience but also was able to sell our house and buy another new house. First time buying a home was nonstop going through houses in our budget trying to figure out what we really wanted. We searched from Imperial Beach to North County. Ivan was patient and completely honest with us walking into all these homes. Keeping us away from the horribly done DIY homes and keeping us grounded on what our family needs were. It was a relief knowing he had our personal interest in mind and was not just trying to get us into the most expensive house we could find. 4 years later with our growing family we decided to move closer to the parents in San Jacinto and Ivan was able to sell our house in North San Diego and work out a contingent deal with the new home builders within a few weeks. He was able to keep up with all the incentives and different deals until our closing date. Making the whole transition smooth and less stressful for us. We could always count on Ivan to show up and be 100% focused on our time with him even while we went looking for houses hours away. Issac did an awesome job researching the area and advised us on the sale and pricing of our home in Sacramento. He was very patient, always had a great attitude, and remained positive even when we were unsure of the process on selling and buying elsewhere. Jorge gave us the best experience as first time home buyers. It wasn’t an easy process since homes were being bought left and right but every second a new house was up he was ontop of it.
