Sergio Gutierrez and Ivonne Estrada did an excellent job in selling my sister's condo. They provided resources such as names of movers and repairmen. They kept us informed of every step in the selling process. They staged the property and held open houses on the weekends. They performed market analysis and negotiated the best price for the property. The property was sold faster than I expected. I would recommend Sergio and Ivonne to anyone.

Sergio Gutierrez is an outstanding realtor. He's helped us buy and sell two homes, getting us fantastic deals each time. We sold most recently in December, and Sergio got us top dollar, an unheard of amount for the neigborhood we were in. Sergio is very conscientious, always striving to be the best realtor he can be, and all with a sense of humor about it. Our recent move was out of state, and though we won't have the opportunity to work with him again, Sergio found us a great realtor in Tennessee, making our move that much easier. If you're looking to buy or sell in the Bay Area, Sergio is your man.

We used Sergio and Ivonne in 2014 to help us sell our townhouse in San Jose. 7 years later we contacted them to help us sell our house in Elk Grove and buy one in Vacaville. Even though we were encouraged to use a local realtor to buy a new home we felt strongly about engaging Sergio and Ivonne based on our previous experience with them. Their attention to detail is impeccable! The day the photographer was coming to take pictures of our house in Elk Grove, Sergio was outside on a ladder cleaning a window that our professional cleaners had missed. He also trimmed a tree in the front yard when our gardener was late! He and Ivonne dug in and helped us prepare our home when we found out the photographer was coming 4 hours earlier than planned. We couldn’t have done it without their help! When we found the house we wanted to buy, Sergio handled all arrangements with contractors that were needed to make the new house ready to move in. He took so much stress and worry off our shoulders. Did I mention that both our houses were approximately 100 miles from their office? Talk about full service, Sergio and Ivonne are top notch!!!

Sergio was very attentive to my needs as this was a Trust property sale. He kept me informed daily on the progress of all the updates we were making to the house. Sergio took care of all the contractors and handled the small issues that came up very quickly. The house was on the market for 8 days when we received an offer. During these difficult times with Covid, I felt no stress from the beginning to the end. I will definitely recommend him and Ivonne to everyone who is selling or buying a home.
