I have used Ivy serveral times throughout the years for my real estate transactions. It is always smooth and timely. Her professionalism ,knowledge of the market and her calm spirit puts me at ease when working together. I would recommend Ivy. She has listed three homes for me and she means it when she says. You don't list twice.

IVY D SEARS and her team, in my opinion, are the best realtor that I have had the pleasure and honor to work with. They are now and forever my go-to for real estate. She was very professional and worked hard to get my home sold in the least amount of time! She made sure we up to date on the process weekly. She made sure all paperwork was in place so there would not be any setbacks in the sale of our home.
