I want to say thank you to Jake Asher, with Team Freedom, Real Estate. Jake went above and beyond to help us find the perfect place. It is paradise. In Paradise, Texas. He was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, even assisting us with navigating the probate process to clear a title issue. Jake was also instrumental in guiding us through the VA loan process for a smooth and successful transaction. We were consistently impressed by his enthusiasm and dedication. Jake was very knowledgeable of the area when we were buying our home. He was easy to work with, listen to our “wants and needs” in a home; made the closing process easy. Follow up years later, we used Jake and his team to sell our home. Jake did an excellent job with advertising our home…pictures, staging and having an open house. In a competitive market we were able sell our home…had a full price offer within approximately 2 weeks…thanks to Jake’s hard work.

Having Jake as our realtor was a blessing! He is the most professional realtor I have ever met. He told it to us straight and never “gave false hope” to get our business. He accomplished everything he said he would and made it easy for us. Jake and his staff are the best in the business and I highly recommend using them if you want an honest and professional team working for you!

We had such a wonderful experience with Jake. He instantly made us feel at ease and completely informed about every step of the process - from the moment we expressed interest in a property until our actual move-in day. Jake was always looking out for our best interests and was available any time we had any questions or concerns. His knowledge about the area (traffic delays, trains, schools..etc) was incredible and just what we needed as we were moving from out of state. I would not hesitate to recommend Jake to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a property!
