Working with Jake was a dream! He was incredibly responsive in coming out to view my property, helping come to a listing price, and getting it listed. He’s very professional with all contract work, took beautiful photos, and represented my home so well that we were under contract in 24 hours. He’s a great advocate during the due diligence process and a skilled negotiator. Additionally, he set up a very smooth remote closing process. This isn’t my first real estate experience, but it was hands-down the best! I’d recommend Jake for all your selling and buying needs. He’s truly top-notch!

Jake was on top of everything from the start: highly accessible and responsive to ALL of our needs. Extremely up front and honest with some issues that came up with the sale of our home. Very knowledgeable; if he didn't know the answer, he searched it out.

If you are either selling, buying or just looking for someone to show you homes, Jake is the guy to see! He helped me sell my home and buy a home. Jake was very friendly and professional. He is also very humorous, always bringing a smile to your face. If you really want a home but don’t like the listed price, Jake will try his best to get the price as far as it will go. If you are looking for a real estate agent, I would strongly recommend Jake.

After interviewing a few realtors Jake stood out to us because of his go-getter attitude and general knowledge of the market. He went above and beyond to make our home selling process as easy as possible. Through all the hurdles we came across he was always there with sound advice. His constant optimism made the process a lot easier to handle. We moved before the sale of our home was complete and Jake made sure everything was taken care of. We couldn’t have done it without him.
