After years of working with realtors on multiple moves, Jacob was by far the best realtor we have had. Jacob is very knowledgeable of the Phoenix area, especially in Queen Creek, Gilbert and Chandler. Jacob is a friendly, patient and understanding realtor. We were so picky when viewing homes, we were at the 2 year mark (moving from Nevada to AZ) when we decided on our home and could not be happier. While it seemed like a long process and frustrating at times, Jacob never gave up and seemed to work harder. Jacob is an outstanding realtor and is always available for the buyer. My wife and I had a wonderful experience having Jacob as our real estate agent. Besides his knowledge and professional expertise, he had to be one of the most patient people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. As our journey to find a new home went on, Jacob continued to keep us apprised of the market, learning from us what our likes and dislikes of properties were and keeping a plan together to find the perfect home for us. When the day finally arrived, Jacob continued his knowledge communicating with us each step of the way of what the process would be and who would be in contact with us (very important to me as I did not want to fall to any scammers). Jacob did an outstanding job finding our new home for us with many boxes to check on the house, yard and garage. He was kind and went above and beyond to help us, and any time we had a question he was very fast to respond to us with an answer or letting us know he was finding out the answer. We ended up choosing a home being built and were sent weekly video updates of the progress. We highly recommend Jacob for your buying or selling needs.

Jacob was fantastic with selling our house. He went above and beyond our expectations. He gave us extremely detailed information each week about any showings, trends in the market, etc. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

I began looking for a home as I was returning from overseas and as I began my search I must say it was overwhelming, the market was a Rollercoaster, then I met Jacob. He went above and beyond to ensure I understood what I was getting into. I explained what I wanted and he helped me find just that. It took a lot of searching and he selflessly gave of his own time to secure me the house I will call a home for years to come. I would happily recommend Jacob to friends and family for all their home buying needs.
