Tatiana is a remarkable realtor. She is a top professional. Tatiana is skilled, conscientious, organized ,super efficient and very positive. She worked very hard to serve our interests in purchasing a home. She has excellent communication skills and takes her clients needs very seriously. She is experienced and knows the Miami/ Dade real estate scene very well. She has great expertise in her profession. She is a very good negotiator always working on behalf of her clients. Everyone says that the "real estate" industry is driven by three things, location, location, & location. Tatiana showed us that it is much more than this and that it is more about "people, place, and peace of mind". Moving is one of life's most difficult trials, and Tatiana made the process as easy to manage as possible. It wasn't so much about finding the right place and price, but more about finding the right place and price that were right for us. No doubt that we had our humps in the road, but Tatiana maintained a stoic sense of calm and composure during the entire process. Tati is well on here way as a/the premier real estate expert here in South Florida.

Tatiana was wonderful during our search for a condo in Miami. We had to dodge a few problems in some listings, but Tatiana kept the focus on where we wanted to locate, how best to finance, and all the hurdles to a successful close. Tatiana went beyond just the sale process. She helped us with moving suggestions, updating needs for the condo and people who were phenomenal in their jobs.
