We had the best experience with Jake Moore Home Selling Group. Our family was planning a cross country move from Washington State to Texas and Jake and his wife, Morgan, were the perfect combo for not only educating us on the area, but finding us the perfect home. Jake was able to do several virtual tours for us until we landed on “the one” and then we were able to get it under contract and tour it in person once we flew down to Texas. Jake has incredible negotiating skills. He is kind and patient and my husband and I always felt looked after. We got a great deal on our home in a crazy market and Jake constantly told us, “It was a God thing when it came to your home.” Quite frankly, I couldn’t agree more! From the first time we met with Jake about selling our home, we knew that we were in expert hands. He was not only knowledgeable, but also so kind and patient, taking time to answer all of our many questions and addressing any concerns that we had throughout the process. An offer was made on our home shortly after listing, and Jake masterfully lead negations with integrity and kindness. He sold our home within days of it being on the market! We went with Jake Moore to list our family’s home about three months ago. Jake was great to work with, and very knowledgeable in helping us get things ready for the sell. Once put on the market, we had an offer and contract within three days, and then closed on the sell, with no issues, just a few weeks later. Jake Moore Realty was great through this process and I would highly recommend them.
