Jonathan is the perfect real estate agent. He’s honest, straightforward, timely, available to meet at strange hours to look at houses. He is ALWAYS looking out for your best interest through the whole process. He helped to point out things that could be concerning about houses that we had no clue to look for and had so many knowledge based insights that were incredibly helpful. He didn’t want to just make a commission, he wanted to find us a home. And honestly when me and my husband started looking we were just curious about houses and their value vs condition. Jon never made us feel pressured to take the next step until we found something we loved. When we finally did he talked us through everything so clearly and patiently and answered any random questions that popped up along the way. He is a wealth of information and experience that any potential home buyer would be LUCKY to have on their side. You will not regret working with Jon, especially if your hope is to get a good home and work with an honest person.

He was always on time for appointments. Always easy to reach by phone and willing to come to you to help with the process. He was great to work with and I have already referred him! And he did not mind pulling on his boots and bush waking around a rural property.

Jonathan is a fantastic real estate agent. He responded to our specific needs and requirements and communication was great! We bought a house in a different state without seeing it in person and we wouldn't have been able to do that without total confidence in his ability to be out eyes and ears throughout the entire process. He is very knowledgeable and if he doesn't have the answer he quickly finds someone who does. I would highly recommend Jonathan to anyone with real estate needs and wouldn't hesitate to ask him again to help us with anything regarding buying or selling a house!!

James is an awesome realtor! He worked hard to get out home sold and he got it sold for our asking price. He’s very knowledgeable and quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend James for all your real estate needs!
