Steven did a fantastic job helping navigate our home sale. We discussed a plan of attack and timeline around the table and then Steven went to work. A coming soon link was posted by mid week with photographer scheduled a couple days later. By the weekend we had 7 offered that Steven laid out with the pro and cons of each one. We ultimately came to a decision that was the best deal for us even though it wasn’t the highest offer price wise. Steven negotiated a rent back option that kept my wife and kids in our home for an extra 30 days while we finished up the purchase of a new home. The entire time Steven was accessible, contacted us with updates, and handled the entire process with professionalism. He did this all while I was 800 miles away with my wife managing three kids and home sale on her own.

When we met Steve, we instantly connected! The process was simple and we felt confident that Steve would have our backs... which he absolutely did. You certainly cannot go wrong with working with Steve.. especially if you would love to get your home sold without even having to hit the market!!!

Steven was very helpful throughout my process of finding a new home. He was knowledgeable and communicated clearly, and was also patient and personable. Since I am the anxious sort, I was very grateful to work with somebody who is coolheaded. And I love the house!

Very impressed with the service I received from Steven. friendly, knowledgably and ultimately he was down to earth and reasonable. Went the extra mile to take care of the things that needed done and kept me updated on the items that I needed to handle. Not only has Steven helped me sell my house (in under 4 days with a 30 day closing at above asking prices) He is helping me find my next house. Working with him felt more of a friendship then anything else. Highly Recommended for all your home needs.
