Janalee is amazing at her job! I'm glad I chose her to help me find my home, she took care of the process every step of the way and made it easy. Her local knowledge of the area is great and her responsiveness is almost immediate even after hours when things are needed to be done. After closing on my home I had an international trip planned and she checked on my house occasionally and arranged yard care. She is truly a gem and I will be using her in the future for any transactions without a doubt.

Janalee was very knowledgeable about the available properties in Salmon and the surrounding area. Once we decided to move ahead with the purchase, she did all the footwork and checking up on details to make sure things were done in a timely manner. I thought the sale went smooth and negotiations weren’t too difficult. She helped save me a lot of money with the negotiations and 1031 exchange process. Highly recommend her as a realtor

Janalee is the perfect combination of professional and comfortable. She is efficient, mindful of the details and hard working . I am a worrier by nature but she always made me feel comfortable and never made me feel silly for some of the questions that might have leaned that way. Janalee is incredibly competent and kind, she is versatile enough that she can meet anyone’s needs while genuinely being invested in getting everything thing right and fair. She is a straight shooter and highly ethical, I could sleep better at night knowing she had all parties best interests in mind. I can’t say enough about her integrity and goodness. She is a treasurer.

Janalee took such good care of us as we moved from another state to the area. She helped us with the timeline and was very open to all ideas and home styles that we wanted to see. She helped us see every possibility and was open and excited for us. We highly recommend her if you are house hunting! ??

I needed help selling a loved ones home in Salmon, ID due to an unexpected death. This was a very stressful time with lots of changes needing to happen. I live in Montana with my own family and a full time job I need to manage, I had no idea how I was going to be able to conquer such a large task on my own. I was feeling lost, then I was lucky enough to cross paths with Janalee. We spoke, discussed a plan and she was willing to help me take on the task. She is honest, trustworthy and willing to do whatever she can to help you. I could go on for days about all the things she helped me with when I could not be there in person to handle myself. I will be forever grateful for her. If you are in need of a realtor for buying or selling, I cant recommend Janalee enough!
