Jani was very helpful through the whole process. We live in San Diego and the home we sold was in Bonney Lake, WA. She was always there when we needed her to help with a contractor or warranty item. Made the sale move swiftly and go so well! We highly recommend her for anyone who's looking to buy or sell a home.

We have bought three rental properties with the help of Jani, who helped us buy lovely houses that have all appreciated in value (bought two in 2008 and one in 2017) . Our original plan was to eventually move to the Seattle area and retire there but that plan has been changing over the past three years. In addition, Jani helped us sell one of them in 2022, which had jumped in value but was not all that great looking any more because of poor care by tenants. Jani and her team came through and fixed things, cleaned it up, staged it and we accepted a great offer within days. It was a super smooth sale. BTW - the house we bought in 2017 was in an area that Jani had encouraged us to buy in years earlier but we didn't listen to her. We did finally buy a house we still hope to move into in ten years and paid a lot more than we would have had we listened to her the first time because of the appreciation in the area, which is still increasing. She definitely knows what she's talking about and knows the areas around Seattle.

I can't say enough about Jani! She is an amazing person, advisor and advocate. She made the stressful process of selling a home we lived in for over 20 years simple and quick. We interviewed several other well-known realtors in the area and Jani stood out. We are so grateful that we chose her and would (and have) recommended her to friends and neighbors. Jani has years of knowledge and experience to advise you in your particular situation. Thanks Jani!!!

I am excited to recommend Jani on Zillow again. We just finished what we hope will be our last sell/buy set of transactions with her and once again, she truly amazed us. She not only anticipated each of the many details and issues but offered several excellent alternatives to deal with each based on her many years of experience. She was prompt, direct, sensitive, and willing to advocate for us with several contractors with whom there were concerns. She has a great sense of the markets in this area and many, many professional relationships with people in the industry and related areas. I whole-heartedly recommend Jani and can't imagine anyone doing a better job with better outcomes. Go Jani!
