just purchased a home in cumberland cove thru Janice, and she was very helpful in making everything go smoothly, would recommend her highly.she help in getting photos and information to us very quickly,also kept us informed in the negotiation stages of purchasing our home.we live out of state and she made it easy for us from start to finish.

I have known Janice since 1996 and she is the best person I have known to drive all over Putnam County to find us a home. you can't ask for a better person than Janice. she will do what ever it takes to make sure you are happy.

Janice is top-notch expert realtor! Friendly yet professional style. She spent a lot of time with us when in town, showing us as many places as we could see in our time allotment. From her tour of homes and vicinity towns, we were able to make a decision on the town we decided to make our new home. Can't wait to get to TN and have her assist us in closing on a wonderful new home!

We had house listed with another agent for 18 months before giving it to Janice. Within 60 days of listing we had 2 contracts on it. The first was turned down for financing. The 2nd offer closed around 90 days after her listing. Very professional,responsive, and knowledgeable agent.we will use Janice for any future listings.

I found Janice to be honest and capable along with being accessible. She always went over everything with me and was concerned that I be happy with my sale and purchase. I would list with her again. The property I purchased through Janice was a HUD home, she walked me through all the requirements and also the repairs. She was prompt in keeping me informed about the progress ans necessary paperwork to complete the closing. That is why I listed my home with her as well. She was determined to get my home sold and would not let me give up. I knew about all the avenues that had my listing and she let me know about any inquiries right away. It was sold. I never felt that I was less important because my property was not a high listed price. She was great.
