I have worked with several realtors in the past but Jared is hands down the best. He is knowledgeable, was patient with all our many questions, and always available to guide us, and reassure us during the entire process of searching for and buying a house. He knows the ins and outs of the business well and is an effective advocate and negotiator, as well as a truly kind, caring individual. What we particularly appreciate is how he's stayed in close touch after closing to follow up with any questions we might have, and to help in many ways. Jared went above and beyond at every point of the home search, negotiating, and purchasing process. Jared was the most patient and reassuring expert for us as my fiance looked at many houses during a challenging point in the market. He was really there for her during one of her life's biggest decisions, and I will be forever grateful. Highly recommend Jared!!!

Jared es el mejor realtor en el estado. Digo esto porque tuve la oportunidad de trabajar con algunos otros antes de el y definitivamente ninguno tiene la calidad humana, el servicio y profesionalismo que Jared maneja. Algo sorprendente logró acomodar fechas para poder vender mi casa y hacer que los tiempos cuadrarán para adquirir la casa de nuestros sueños ??… Mi familia y yo siempre estaremos agradecidos con el por todo el proceso de nuestra venta y compra de casas donde con toda la paciencia del mundo nos mostró todas y cada una de las casas que quisimos ver hasta que logramos encontrar la que nos encantó y al mismo tiempo se encargo de encontrar al mejor comprador de nuestra antigua casa para obtener las ganancias necesarias y hacer el mejor trato con la nueva adquisición…. Sin duda alguna Dios nos puso a esta gran persona en el camino para poder lograr nuestro sueño.

Jared was great to work with! He was very knowledgeable about the housing market and went the extra mile in selling our home. We were not living in the area, and he always returned our calls promptly, answered all our questions, and was very friendly. We would definitely work with Jared again.

Where do I start with Jared? He is extremely knowledgeable, hard working, honest and will be on your side during the stressful buying process. Well, if Jared is on your side it won’t be stressful. Jared helped me and my wife buy our first home in Queen Creek and the process was extremely smooth thanks to Jared’s constant communication. Jared kept us in the loop with updates during the whole buying process. When we buy our 2nd home Jared will be the first person that I call. Do yourself a favor and hire him for the sale of your home or purchase.
