Jason helped us with the process of selling our previous home and building our new one. We could not have had another person better to help us. His attention to detail and responsiveness is unmatched. Through our building process he was continually just a call or text away with any questions we may have. When any concern arose he was there to defend us and fight for exactly what we wanted. And we got our way each time. In the selling of our home, Jason got us beyond top dollar for our listing. He will treat your money as if it were his own. We all know that there are a million realtors, but you will NOT find one who will protect, defend, and uphold you like he does. Exceptional.

As first-time home buyers, we knew very little about the process of acquiring a house, but glad we met Jason who had the patience to explain the entire process and tolerantly walk us through it step by step in detail. When I first met Jason, I knew the moment that he is very knowledgeable agent takes into account even the smallest things. After he spoke to us couple of times. So very early in the process, he was giving us options that would exactly meet our needs. He would always accompany us during the house visits and taught us how to see the house inside-out to identify issues if any. Throughout the process I never felt that he was just trying to sell me a property, but that he was more of a mentor to help us answer our questions and guide us to make the best decision for our family. As a result, we got the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. Even after finalizing the house, he was constantly in touch with the builder to make sure the closing goes smoothly. We could not have done this without him for sure and we’re extremely grateful to him. Thank you Jason! We would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who seamlessly wants to buy or sell a property in Boise.

Jason was phenomenal! We happened upon the perfect home for our family even though we really weren't even looking to upgrade. Jason helped with navigating the process, and in such a hot market - it was really a lot to take on. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained all the fine print in ways that perfectly clarified everything for us. He is professional, responsive and put our best interest as priority in both the purchase of our new home and sale of the old one. Highly recommend!

I really like this realtor. Jason was wonderful with me and my family, he was kind and very understanding with us. He got to know us in a short time and knew what exactly we want. He made the process of looking and finally buying our home in short order. He is the best realtor anyone can have and I highly recommend him if you want to buy a house.
