Jason was extremely easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and professional all the while making you feel like family. Jason made this difficult time very easy and simpler than expected. He let us know what should be done and was not pushy. He knows the market and priced the home in a good range. He even got us more than expected. I will definitely recommend Jason to everyone.

Jason was a fantastic realtor to work with. Followed us through the process every step of the way. Also, he ended up getting us 14 offers and sold for 30K over asking price! Would highly recommend.

Jason was extremely professional and attentive. He went above and beyond in the sale process. He even helped with resolving issues with getting old building permits resolved and also with connecting me with the right contractor to make updates to the house prior to the sale,. He worked very hard to make sure that I had the absolute best deal and sales price protection. He negotiated full appraisal gap coverage so even though the house appraised below the purchase price, I still got the contract price. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!
