I used him to both buy and sell and would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. During my sale, I was thinking of listing low to draw attention but Jay knew better and his suggested list price worked like a charm earning me multiple offers at a higher amount. During my purchase, his intuition was spot-on for not just knowing the most effective price to offer when bidding but also what extra contract terms would help to sweeten the deal. During the inspection period he presented my requests to the buyer in a way that maximized the outcome of repairs/credits received. It was a big step for me and I had a slight freakout moment, but Jay's patience and sound advice helped to calm my nerves. The result: I bought a home that appraised over the purchase price and received the full amount of credits I'd requested on top of that!
