Katherine was beyond helpful in finding us a house. She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions or concerns at all times. She was very knowledgeable and honest with her opinions about all the homes we viewed. She was extremely patient with us and is very dedicated. She spent an incredible amount of time touring neighborhoods and homes with us to get a strong sense for what we were looking for. Katherine was amazingly responsive throughout the entire process and made us feel like we were a priority for her and made us feel like we were her only client.

Katherine is amazing. She is professional yet warm to work with. She answered all questions quickly and made sure both my elderly mother and I understood what was happening at all times. She also paid great attention to details, which is important when dealing with buying or selling a home. Let's face it, moving is hectic as it is and I would say she does her best to keep it is stress free as possible!! I have definitely found a great realtor for all my future endeavors.

Katherine is a pleasure to work with! As a NY native, she has knowledge of the local area and housing rates/prices. Katherine works diligently to respond, schedule showings, and send listings to potential buyers. I felt that all of my opinions were valued and heard. She was able to assist me through the purchase of my first home and I will definitely be using her again for future purchases!
