Jay helped us both sell our condo in Brookline while simultaneously buy our home in Sharon, MA. He did a really nice job navigating a very confusing and frustrating sale and helped us close out that chapter of our lives. He also helped us come out on top of a bidding war without breaking our budget for our new home, for which we are incredibly grateful.

Great experience working with Jay! Very responsive and communicate everything in a timely manner. The deal was made before the open house! Jay was a former colleague of mine and we began to work together as he was my real estate agent as my wife and I searched for a two-family home in the greater Boston region. From day 1 I was impressed with Jay's responsiveness and his attention to detail as I laid out what I was looking for early on and he showed me houses that fit that criteria. Through the process, which is often times a stressful one, Jay did a great job at managing expectations and dealing with the emotions involved in buying a home. He was honest and knowledgeable which really put us at ease. I would highly recommend Jay to any one or couple out there beginning the home buying process!

Jay has been one of the best buyer agents I have worked with. He took initiatives to provide resources and communications with the seller to ensure a smooth and successful purchase of my ideal condo. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and responsive, he has good relationship with mortgage companies and attorneys, and they are all the best in the fields. I have recommended Jay to all my friends who are in the market, because I enjoyed working with him very much!

Jay was referred to me by mutual friends. To his credit I never thought to inquire as to how long he has been selling real estate, as it was obvious to me he had the qualifications and experience not to mention the ambition. I have been a real estate investor over 20 years and Jay did an excellent job representing me and my investment property that was a tough sell in a challenging location. He provided a thought out marketing plan, did the necessary research, checked out the comps, and did a lot of running around to make things happen, not to mention the Open Houses. There was no doubt throughout the process I chose the right person to sell my property. Possibly the best testament to this is that I had 2 realtors before Jay I was unsatisfied with and let go, so I am am a tough critic at best. Jay is enthusiastic, educated, smart, and willing to do the work to make things happen. He is who you want on your team whether you are a seller or a buyer."
