Jay was 1 3 realtors we interviewed. His process of creating a value for our home compared to other homes make things real easy for us to pic Jay with his presentation. During our buying and selling process, J was there to help with both ends which we really appreciated. Jay was there for every question and every showing to help with his knowledge of our home and general information of our city and amenities. Jay did an excellent job helping us sell small apartment buildings in Ft. Pierce FL. He actually help sell all 4 buildings in record time and at the asking price or above. The apartments needed work and had a few diffficult tenants that Jay helped us navigate to sell the buildings. We could never had done this with out his expert help. He is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job for us! I would highly recommend Jay for selling real estate in Florida.

Jay has been our real estate broker for over ten years. During that time, he has listed and sold two of our homes as well as listing and selling several of our family and friends’ homes here in the Martin County area. His knowledge of the market and how to handle negotiations is top notch. Jay just sold us our dream home which was a complicated process. With an offer already ready to be signed by the seller. Jay somehow persuaded the other agent to take our offer leaning towards being the “right family to fit it with the other close neighbors and their growing families”. We highly recommend Jay to any seller or buyer due to his keen knowledge, experience, and warm personality that sellers and buyers look for in an agent.

My husband and I were hoping for a quick sale of our Port Saint Lucie home as we had previously ‘sold our home’ to a cash buyer, put all of our belongings in storage, pre signed closing documents and were living in a campground in North Florida. On the day of closing, the cash buyer’s funds were frozen (yes, there was a deposit and yes we did keep it) and the deal fell through, forcing us to return to an empty house. We retrieved a bare minimum of our belongings from storage, temporarily took our home off the market to have a new roof put on the home (it seemed like a good marketing move AND our homeowner’s insurance was threatening to cancel) and set about finding a new realtor. Jay was great from the very beginning. He really understood our needs. We had already purchased land in North Florida and had put our plans on hold. We were in a hurry to sell. We had offers from the first day our home was back on the market and Jay helped us make the best decision based on our previous experiences and our current needs. He even researched the contingencies that the potential buyer was facing with their potential buyer, which we believed was above and beyond and helped put our minds at ease when making our final decision about accepting an offer. We are happy to recommend Jay and his team to anyone ready to sell or buy a home.
