    My parents property was listed with a big name reality company in Texas. We were told there were showings, but not much feedback on the 3 showings in the 6 months the property was listed with them. I picked JC from a list of realtors I received on-line. For once in my life, I won the lottery by picking her. She was phenomenal! We listed part of the property first and once it sold, we decided to list the rest of it. Everything went so smoothly with her at the helm. I've sold several homes and had mediocre experiences with realtors. if you're trying to sell, and you want a smooth transition, you can't miss with JC. She's the best! Absolutely wonderful to work with!.

    JC did an excellent job working with us on the selling of our home. Her expertise and professionalism helped this transaction to be a much more pleasant experience than I had anticipated. Her negotiation skills on our behalf was very much appreciated. You can't go wrong hiring JC and her team.

    JC and team had impressive knowledge of not only the area, but also the current marketplace environment. Through her careful advise, we were able to achieve our goals in a rapidly changing housing market within North Texas. Really appreciate JC and would work with her again given the opportunity!

    JC Young and her team is very unprofessional and doesn't care about client experience. I highly recommend having an attorney if you want to work with her as they play with words in contract and when asked to change as per offline discussions or ask questions on the contract they get very angry and speak rude. Their only intention is to close the deal and make commission. Her books and youtube videos just seems to be marketing gimmic because in my experience they don't follow any of those and didn't like me practicing any of those tips as well. They don't have any expertise working with investors, may be they only are capable of closing primary residence deals. I lost $2000 because of their unethical and unprofessional working model. $500 for home inspection while under contract, $500 for option fee and $1000 for appraisal, totals to $2000. This could have been saved if they truly called HOA and checked on rental restrictions when sellers disclosure was received. I found it myself when lender has done their title inspection and gave me a detailed report. JC and her team didn't even care to inform me. I was fortunate enough last month that I had time to read each and every document carefully and acted immediately on each step. JC and her team lost my trust and set an example of bad real estate agency. I learnt a lesson but costed me $2000.
