Being a first time home buyer, I was very intimidated at first. Luckily I found J.R. He made the process much easier than I had been anticipating. Any questions I had, and there were many, were answered quickly, efficiently and with so much patience and kindness. Mr. Alexandre, made it possible for my husband and I to sell our home which was located in a challenging area and to buy the home we wanted. He was very professional, detailed oriented, thorough, and overall uses his emotional intelligence well. We had many hurdles but he never gave up and pushed till the end. Being a sales manager I tend to be very hard on other sales representatives not matter what the field is. JR, did his research, alerted us of the necessary repairs before placing the home for sale. Made sure to follow up with us as well as all parties involved as needed. This made the difference. Great communicator. At the end of the day one wants peace of mind that is what we got! Double closing! Double blessing!

JR took the time to get to know our family, what we were looking for and followed through on everything very quickly! We saw some house that we thought would work, and he insisted that we only make a decision when we find something we love....and we did! JR responds to text messages and emails immediately. Throughout our time with him and his dedication to helping us find our forever home, we now consider him a family friend. I will highly recommend him to anyone that I know that is buying or selling a home!
